Charities started in November 2000 by John Cafferty, Michel Gilbert, and
Steve Smith.
First Golf Tournament held on June 26th, 2001.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of the organization is to develop a charity golf tournament
with the proceeds being donated to Make-A-Wish Foundation®
RI.
MISSION STATEMENT:
The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational,
and scientific purposes as such terms are defined in Section 501 (C)(3)
of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, and specifically to
identify, develop, operate, fund, support, promote and encourage
educational and recreational opportunities for children and youth with
serious illnesses and their families. |
