concert for the
Make-A-Wish Foundation®
RI. Mike Reno of Loverboy ("Working For The Weekend"), Jimi Jamison, formerly of Survivor
("Eye Of The
Tiger") and Larry Hoppen of Orleans
("You're Still The One") are the featured performers this year.
Also appearing are John Cafferty and The Beaver Brown Band, and Steve
Smith and The Nakeds.
Tickets may be purchased at the door on the
night of the show, or at a discount from this website.

2008 - Monday, August 11th
8th Annual Rock-N-Jock Charities Invitational Golf Tournament, presented
by Mohegan Sun, will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation®
of RI. The golf tournament is sold out, but if you would like your
name added to the waiting list to be contacted if openings become
available, you may send an email request to rocknjockcharities@cox.net

7th Annual Golf Tournament and concert raised over $22,000.
Entertainment
was provided by John Cafferty and The Beaver Brown Band, and Steve Smith
and The Nakeds with special guest, Jimi Jamison, formerly of Survivor.
2006 - 6th Annual Golf Tournament and Concert raised over $23,000.
An all star lineup of music was provided by John Cafferty and the
Beaver Brown Band, Steve Smith & The Nakeds, The Driftwoods, and
special guests Fergie Frederiksen of Toto, and Alex Ligertwood of
Santana.
2005 - 5th Annual Golf Tournament and Concert raised over $25000.
Featured celebrity entertainers included Steve Smith & The Nakeds,
John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band, and Mike Reno of Loverboy.
2004 -
4th Annual Golf Tournament raised over $18,000.
2003 -
3rd Annual Golf Tournament raised over $15,000.
2003 -
Rhode Island Remembers benefit concert for the Station
Night Club Fire Victims
held at Rhodes-On-The-Pawtuxet.
The concert and telethon were broadcast on the Cox local
cable network and raised $17,000 for the victims fund.
2002 - 2nd Annual Golf Tournament raised over $10,000.
2001 - First Golf Tournament raised over $3000. |
